How do I change my password?

You can change your account password from the Security section in Settings.

To change your password

1. Go to Settings → Security tab (shield icon)
2. Scroll to the "Change Password" section
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
5. Confirm your new password by typing it again
6. Click "Update Password"

Requirements

• Your new password must be at least 8 characters long
• The new password must be different from your current password
• The confirmation must match the new password exactly

Common issues

• "Current password is incorrect" — make sure you're entering the password you currently use to log in, not the new one
• "Passwords do not match" — the new password and confirmation fields must be identical
• If you've forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page instead — that will send a password reset email

Note: Changing your password does not sign you out of your current session. You'll use the new password the next time you log in. If you have MFA enabled, you'll still need your authenticator code in addition to the new password.
