How do I activate the Analytics trial or manage extensions?

The platform offers a free 7-day trial for Analytics features. You can activate it from the Extensions section in Settings.

To start your Analytics trial

1. Go to Settings → Extensions tab (sparkle icon)
2. Review the Analytics features available
3. Click the activation button to start your 7-day trial
4. Full access to all Analytics features begins immediately

What you get during the trial

• Full access to all Analytics dashboards (Energy, Water, Waste)
• Advanced charting and reporting features
• No credit card required to start

After the trial

When the 7-day trial expires, Analytics features are locked behind a subscription. To continue using them, subscribe through the Extensions page or contact support for pricing.

Managing your subscription

The Extensions page also shows your current Analytics subscription status. If you're subscribed, you'll see your plan details and can manage or cancel from this section.

Tip: If your Analytics dashboard suddenly shows limited features or locked charts, check Settings → Extensions to see if your trial has expired or subscription has lapsed.
