Transparency in billing is important to us. This page explains our pricing, trial terms, subscription model, and refund policy.
7-Day Free Trial - No Credit Card Required
We believe in our product, which is why we offer a completely free, no-strings-attached 7-day trial. Here's what you need to know:
- ✓No credit card required - Start your trial with just an email address
- ✓No automatic charges - You will never be charged without explicitly choosing to subscribe
- ✓Full feature access - Try all features of your selected plan during the trial
- ✓No forced continuity - At the end of your trial, you simply choose whether to continue
What Happens After the Trial?
When your 7-day trial ends, you have complete control:
If you subscribe
Enter your payment details and choose a plan. Your subscription begins immediately.
If you don't subscribe
Your data is safely stored for 30 days. You can return and subscribe anytime during this period. After 30 days, your account is deactivated but can be restored upon request.
Subscription Plans
All plans are billed monthly. Prices shown are in EUR and exclude VAT (which is calculated at checkout based on your location).

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data remains accessible for 30 days after your subscription ends
- You can export your data at any time before or after cancellation
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate inbilit before paying. Since you have the opportunity to test all features before subscribing, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, or have other concerns, contact us at support@inbilit.com. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 5-10 business days.
inbilit is provided exclusively to business customers (see our Terms of Service, Section 1a). The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply, and fees already paid are non-refundable except as set out above or as required by applicable mandatory law.
Invoices & Tax
Invoices are automatically generated for all payments. You can access your invoices from your account settings.
VAT is calculated and collected based on your location. EU businesses can provide their VAT ID during checkout for reverse charge treatment.
