Integrations
How meter data, supplier invoices and market prices get into inbilit — and how your data gets out.
Meter data
- Upload files: CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or JSON, up to 10 MB. AI maps the columns to your meters, and you check the mapping before anything is saved.
- Connect your meter or building-management system's REST API. Give us its OpenAPI/Swagger description, a PDF of its documentation, a URL or a sample response; the import builder writes the connection and tests it against your system before it is saved. API key, bearer token, basic auth, OAuth2 and login-token exchanges are supported.
- Connected systems are fetched automatically on a schedule, from hourly to once a day. After setup the fetches are plain data transfers — no AI is involved.
- Or let your system push readings to inbilit by webhook, each data source with its own signing secret.
- Electricity, water, gas, heating and waste; interval meters and cumulative (register) meters.
Supplier invoices
- Upload an invoice as a PDF or a photo. inbilit reads the supplier, dates, totals, VAT, line items, consumption and meter numbers — for electricity, water, heating, gas, cooling and waste — and you review the result before it is saved.
Your portfolio
- Add many buildings at once from an Excel file.
- Smart Setup reads buildings, units, tenants and meters out of the files you already have, once you have enabled the AI features.
Electricity prices
- Day-ahead prices from ENTSO-E for 25 price zones in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Germany–Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
- Great Britain wholesale prices from Elexon.
- Updated daily, and used for cost overlays in Analytics and for spot-priced lines on tenant bills.
Weather
- Weather for each building's location from Open-Meteo, including history — the basis for degree days and the energy-temperature curve.
Getting data out
- Reports as PDF, PowerPoint or Excel, and scheduled reports by e-mail.
- Tenant bills as PDFs, sent by e-mail.
- A full export of your account as a ZIP file.
